• have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• have experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Software Project/Program Manager
• are experienced in leading cross-functional and distributed international teams
• are fluent in English and able to work effectively in global, intercultural teams
